Eligibility Criteria:

·        Understand read and write in English

·        Willing to use Computer and Internet for making presentations

·        Willing to practice and teach Yoga

·        No debilitating chronic illness or physical disorder

·        Willing to follow a Yogic Lifestyle during the course duration
